INVESTOR MEMO
Email us at thibault@wilkins-avenue.com if you're interested in being a part of this funding round.
We are building a revolution in Location-Based Entertainment - and this is your opportunity to invest in the future.
Here’s a snapshot of our latest achievements and an exclusive look at our groundbreaking Lumiere project.
1/ The Market Opportunity
Spatial Computing (or Mixed Reality) is set to become the next dominant computing platform, blending digital content with the physical world. It’s not a question of if, but when.

-
2024 Market Size: $155 billion (boosted by Apple Vision Pro and Meta's Orion glasses launches).
-
Projections by 2032: $560 billion.
-
The future? XR glasses powered by AI will replace smartphones.
Wilkins Avenue AR is at the forefront of this transformation, creating experiences that will define how millions interact with this new medium.
2/ Proven Track Record
Wilkins Avenue AR is recognized as a global leader in Spatial Computing experiences, particularly on Apple Vision Pro and Meta Quest 3.

2024 Milestones:

-
Apple Vision Pro #1 Experience: Our flagship project, Out There, was selected by Apple as the Number 1 experience on the Vision Pro Store, before Disney's experience.
-
Cartier Collaboration: We delivered a groundbreaking Apple Vision Pro in-store experience, personally praised by Apple's Vision Pro team.

Industry Expertise:
Our team includes heavyweights like:
-
The Lead Animator of the "Minions" animated movies.
-
The Lead Game Designer of "God of War" and "Metal Gear Solid".
-
The Tech Project Manager of major Location-Based Experiences (Futuroscope, etc.)
3/ Why Now? The Lumiere Opportunity
In-home XR adoption is limited. Location-Based Experiences (LBEs) are bridging the gap, making Spatial Computing XR accessible to everyone.
Think of Lumiere as the "next Sandbox VR" but for Mixed Reality. While VR-focused Sandbox raised $100M (led by Andreessen Horowitz), Lumiere is pioneering the next wave of immersive Spatial Computing.
4/ Lumiere: A Game-Changer for LBEs
We are creating a scalable, plug-and-play Spatial Computing XR system that brings new immersive experiences to cinemas, malls, and entertainment venues.
30-minute AR experiences, available in every neighborhood. This is not VR, it is Mixed Reality : you still see things around you.
Key Highlights:
-
For users: As easy as going to the movies, but infinitely more immersive & interactive.
-
For venues: Uses existing infrastructure—no need for costly new rooms.
Key Benefits:
-
New revenue streams for venues.
-
A revolutionary way to bring cutting-edge tech to users who don’t own expensive XR headsets.
The system is developed to maximize user throughput.
Premium Locations : Apple Vision Pro headsets
Standard Locations : Meta Quest headsets
5/ Business Model & Go-To-Market
Ticket Sales + Set-up Fees + License/Franchise Fees.
In addition, we're introducing a new format of "3D Ads" for brands.
6/ Development Underway
We’re working on a fully functional prototype, which will be showcased in Los Angeles, San Francisco and Paris this March 2025 for key partners.
We already have great contacts with high-profile Hollywood investors & mentors, such as Peter Guber.
Our first tests confirm the robustness of our system. (Fun Fact : we're conducting parts of our technical tests in the South of France, in the world's first cinema, which opened in 1899 in La Ciotat, France.)
7/ Fundraising
We are raising 500K€ to open our first Lumiere location in Los Angeles and scale rapidly to hundreds of venues worldwide.
Act Now: First Close Deadline: December 20th.
